• Provide prompt and cheerful service to customers; greet them and offer high-quality food options.
• Exhibit professionalism in all customer and associate interactions.

• Unload, store, prepare, and display food products following our standards and policies.
• Conduct necessary temperature checks to ensure product safety.
• Monitor and guarantee product quality, ensuring freshness and safety standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
• Keep floors clear of clutter and debris for a safe environment.
• Wash and sanitize utensils and cookware according to health and safety guidelines.
• Manage proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation for merchandise.
• Care for equipment and facilities safely and according to company policies.
• Adhere to all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register accurately, following company procedures.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
