Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Ottawa, United States, as an Assistant Manager at our 200 East Norris location! We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service
* Manage and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment
* Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
* Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
* Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
* Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed
* Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goals
* Train and develop new team members
* Assist in scheduling and payroll management
Qualifications
* Proven experience in food service or retail management preferred
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
* Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
* Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
