Position Overview

Being a maurices full‑time retail store manager means you’ll lead a team of 8‑20 associates, including 3‑4 managers, to deliver an unforgettable customer experience. You will inspire the team, drive sales, build loyalty, develop talent and manage the omnichannel business.

• Previous management experience (required).
• Specialty retail store management experience (preferred).
• Strong talent identification, development and team‑atmosphere building skills.

Store 0275‑Ottawa Center‑maurices‑Ottawa, IL 61350 – full‑time, regular position. Hourly pay: $25.93 – $28.81, varying by qualifications, experience, skills and location. Eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
