Salary: $40,000–$50,000 base + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

Average Earnings: $45,000–$65,000 in Year 1; $75,000+ by Year 2

As a Business Developer, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting local businesses with the staffing solutions they need. Working within a defined territory, you’ll build relationships, uncover hiring challenges, and present Express Employment Professionals’ services as the solution.

Your mission? Help companies thrive by solving workforce challenges in employment, leadership, and human resources. You’ll prospect for new business, nurture existing accounts, and create opportunities that make a real impact in your community.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses
• Identify hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions
• Prospect for new clients while managing an existing book of business
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and close sales
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment

• Competitive, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving
• High school diploma/GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training
