Operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklift, excavator, bulldozer, front-end loader) safely and efficiently;
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and document Equipment Condition Reports;
Monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste and ensure equipment readiness to minimize downtime;
Perform minor equipment service and coordinate with Maintenance Shop for repairs;
Keep shop clean and ensure proper storage of equipment after each shift
