Atlas Toyota Material Handling, LLC is seeking a skilled Bobcat Diesel Technician to service Bobcat and diesel-powered material handling equipment for customers in the Chicago area and beyond. In this full-time role, you'll diagnose and repair forklifts and related machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. You'll work in a safety-focused, customer-first environment that values integrity and teamwork, with access to OEM and technical training, advancement opportunities, and a stable career supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Bobcat and diesel-powered material handling equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on forklifts and related machinery
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools
- Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service records
- Collaborate with service team and parts department to complete work efficiently
- Travel to customer sites in the Chicago area as needed for field service
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Participate in ongoing technical and OEM training programs
