NCAT's Dispatch Supervisor will manage all daily dispatch staff & operations (scheduling and routing rides) to ensure the transit program operates efficiently and safely. The position will include answering phones and using NCAT's transit software to aid dispatch during peak times, working with all NCAT staff and the public, monitoring performance of routes, completing reports, incident mitigation, and customer service.

Qualified candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends and successfully pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, medical exam, & national background check.
