The Business Implementation Manager will translate the Co-Founders' vision into actionable outcomes across Operations, Marketing, Technology, HR, and Finance. This is a hands-on role focused on driving projects to completion and unblocking growth bottlenecks promptly. You'll manage key initiatives, ensuring process adherence and delivering updates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute transitional operational rollouts effectively
• Standardize client-facing processes for consistency
• Audit firm workflow bottlenecks and report progress
• Manage relationships with external tech vendors
• Build structured onboarding checklists for new hires
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in Project Management or Business Operations
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with project frameworks like PMO or Agile
• Strong leadership in operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
