• Assist with interviewer training and operations scaling

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in dynamic settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Prelude
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
