• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience working with middle school students, preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and the development of behavior/academic interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with state and federal guidelines

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments for middle school students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and track student support strategies
• Offer staff development or training on student mental health and learning support
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely report writing (with one remote/hybrid day weekly)
