The main responsibility for this position is to provide verbal and written translation support from English-Spanish-English, ensuring that the translated version conveys the meaning of the original visual graphic or verbal conversation as clearly as possible.

Responsibilities- Translate written material from English to Spanish and/or Spanish to English, edit the wording as needed.
- Research retail operations, HR, marketing, etc. to find the most appropriate translation.
- Partner with internal clients to discuss any unclear points.
- Proofread and edit final translated versions.
- Provide internal clients with a grammatically correct, well‑expressed final version of the translated text via the appropriate communication medium.
- Provide “live” translation support during group meetings, one‑on‑one meetings, etc., including onboarding and training support.
- Prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Uphold confidentiality when involved in sensitive conversations.
- Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Must be able to work in all departments performing various functions of the Merchandise Processor position.
- 2+ years’ experience teaching or translating English to Spanish
- Ability to speak fluently in both English and Spanish
- High degree of proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem‑solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment
- Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Google applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to work well with others and a variety of communication styles and skills
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects to timely completion
- Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 10 hours at a time
- Stand for long periods of time and walk continuously
- Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed
- Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet
- Lift up to 50lbs. Specific weight requirements may vary within each department
