Position Summary:

This position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implementing the business plan for an area of responsibility, managing productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, supervising and developing associates, and acting with integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling
• Assign duties and coordinate workloads in order to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety)
• Prepare, review, and/or analyze business reports to monitor and manage productivity
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures
• Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
• OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
• OR 2 years supervisory experience
