• Flex Operator: perform duties of an assembler and forklift operator. Participate in safety and team meetings, aiding in continuous improvement of the operation and work environment. Learn new position responsibilities following the internal growth and cross-training plan.
• Forklift Operators: operate a forklift to stack, move, and retrieve finished goods, supplies, and materials; identify finished goods, apply labels, and maintain inventory accuracy at machine and wrapper locations. Follow 5S standards and OSHA-compliant procedures; perform minor maintenance and report major malfunctions.

• Apply FG labels, scan into inventory, and move finished goods from machine location to next destination.
• Audit inventory in production locations, validating product physical and transactional locations match the MRP system.
• Utilize Tablets to print labels with accurate pallet quantities based on the work order quantity required per pallet.
• Audit the accuracy of Item # on labels with the product it is applied to for match verification.
• Utilize RF Scan Guns for all transactional processes including disposition to inventory, move location, and manual IN transactions.
• Maintain wrapper stretch-wrap refill quantities, keep areas around wrappers and conveyors clean, and troubleshoot wrappers during malfunctions.
• Perform minor wrapper adjustments and report major malfunctions to maintenance.
• Deliver work order materials, components and packaging items to machines promptly.
• Return materials to staging and defined return locations.
• Conduct banding, slip sheet, and dust cover applications when required by work order.
• Maintain 5S standard locations and follow standard processes relevant to the position.
• Complete OSHA-required certifications, recertifications, and Operator Inspection Checklists.
• Operate forklift safely, including lifts in production areas and intersections.
• Operate forks and clamp attachments with care to prevent equipment damage.
• Complete required forklift maintenance such as battery watering and charging; report lift and dock door functionality.

• Standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
• Reach, climb steps, bend, twist and apply pressure frequently.
