Direct Support Professional

COF Training Services Inc. seeks a mission driven Direct Support Professional to provide person centered support to youth and adults in workforce and vocational training programs. In this role, you will coach participants in daily living, social, and job readiness skills; support community engagement; and promote independence, safety, and self advocacy. Responsibilities include implementing support plans, documenting services, coordinating with instructors and counselors, and modeling respectful, inclusive behavior.
