R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration for LifePoint Ottumwa Regional Medical Center. You will be the first friendly face as patients check in, helping with the registration process and guiding them through insurance details with training provided.
Shifts are PRN, part-time with day/evening/night availability, including holidays and weekends. You’ll work across computer systems, handle calls, and support patients with empathy in a fast-paced hospital
