Position Title:
Secondary Ela Teacher - $5,000 Sign On Bonus**
Reports To:
Building Principal
Purpose Statement:
To develop in each student skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing that are fundamental to good communication; to develop appreciation of good literature of all types; to motivate pupils to read for information and recreation; to develop critical thinking skills; to nurture special talents of each student.
Qualifications:
- Must have Iowa teaching certification of subject area being taught.
- Successful teaching experience preferred
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary and work year as established by the Board of by the collective bargaining agreement if such exists.
