We're hiring a Director of Laboratory to lead laboratory operations and diagnostic services in Ottumwa, Iowa

Required QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific discipline
Minimum education requirement:
BA or BS in Medical Technology or science‑based fieldHospital or reference laboratory experience preferred
Strong critical thinking
, decisive judgment
, and ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to function effectively in a high‑stress clinical environment and take appropriate action
Masters degree (MBA or MA/MS in a scientific discipline)
Previous experience serving as a Laboratory Director or in a senior laboratory leadership role
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
