Case Management Director

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Case Management Director to lead care coordination, utilization management, and discharge planning services in Ottumwa, Iowa
. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing case management operations that support high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centered care across the continuum.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical insight, leadership experience, and a clear understanding of how effective case management improves outcomes for patients, providers, and healthcare systems alike.

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
  , or multi-state license permitting practice in Iowa

• Minimum of two years of experience in case management

  , or a related cost and quality management program

• Strong understanding of care coordination, patient flow, and resource utilization

• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative departments
