Job Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Setup new hardware and configure as needed
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks
• Experience with VPN connections is highly desirable
• Answer phone and assist employees with a range of issues
• Install and Support Printer and Scanner issues
• Setup User accounts in active directory
• Support Android/Apple phones and tablets
• VMWare experience helpful
• Microsoft SQL experience desired but not required
• Firewall experience helpful
• Setup and support company emails
• Install and configure company antivirus
• Experience with Team Viewer
• Handheld radio experience helpful but not required
• Knowledge of VLAN configurations
• Knowledge of Cradlepoint Devices
• Experience with backup solutions
