Substitute Computer Technician

Reports To:
Director of Technology
Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Familiar with PC's and general networking.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Chrome OS, iOS.
- Familiar with Google Products (G Suite).
- Familiar with configuring workstations for use on network.
- Knowledge of wireless technology a plus.
- Highly developed communication and human relations skills.
- Such other qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Essential Functions:
- Assist with service, maintenance, and implementation on technology equipment.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Provides for maintenance/repair services for all technology equipment.
- Sets up users' accounts and email accounts on machines.
- Assists school staff in installing and troubleshooting software.
- Assists in maintaining inventory of computer equipment in the district.
- Performs other such duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Terms of Employment: as-needed position, $25 an hour
