* • Active IA or Multistate RN License required.

• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg or Acute inpatient rehab or acute rehab hospital experience and 1 yr Travel experience required

• Required certifications: BLS

• Valid driver’s license, RN Rehab or Med Surg Skill checklist.

• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift &

Contract:

• Must be willing to work days or nights , 4 x 12 48hr GWW, 36 hour guarantee can be accommodated.

• Every other weekend (EOW)

• 13-week contract
Traveler Requirement:

• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 70 miles from the facility location:
Ottumwa, IA 52501
