12 Hour Shifts, Full‑Time Days (7:00 am – 7:00 pm)

$15,000 Commitment Bonus (2 Years)

Ottumwa Regional Health Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will provide exceptional care in our 14‑bed behavioral health unit, offering 24/7 supervised mental health treatment and crisis support for adults aged 18+.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies needs.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity.
• Completes and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of hire.
• Recent RN experience.
• Preferred:
  Acute Care Behavioral Health experience.
