Shift: 07:00 - 19:00, with options for 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical Telemetry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain documentation and records regarding patient care services.
- Must have a valid Iowa RN license.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult required.
- Background checks must be fully cleared prior to starting.
