Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med/Surg Tele position. The RN will provide high-quality care to a primarily adult population, working as part of a close-knit team to deliver individualized services. The successful candidate will join a facility renowned for its commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Tele unit.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and EHR requirements.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Valid RN license in the state of Iowa.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS is a plus.
- Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult abuse.
- Completed drug test (10-panel screening including opiates).
- Background check, including criminal and child abuse clearances, must be completed.
