Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment, supporting various patient needs and specialized services.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient health and progress.
- Maintain clear and accurate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Assist in patient education and support discharge planning.
- Current Iowa RN license.
- One to two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult).
- BLS certification; ACLS certification is a plus.
- Must clear Iowa SING Background Check (Criminal and Child Abuse components).
- Must pass a 10-panel drug test including opiates.
- Titers must be completed within the last 12 months.
