LifePoint is seeking a travel nurse RN in Rehabilitation for a 13‑week assignment in Ottumwa, Iowa. The role involves 36 hours per week with 12‑hour night shifts. This is a travel nursing position.

Primarily adults. 36‑48 hour guarantee available. Please indicate a preference for a 48‑hour GTD with housing options attached.

• MUST have Iowa SING BG (Criminal and Child Abuse screens) – NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start – NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED.
• Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult).
• Drug test: 10‑panel screening including opiates.
• Titers within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB).
• Flexible start:
  Monday or Tuesday.

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
