Travel Registered Nurse (Med Surg Telemetry)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg Telemetry to join our team for a 13-week assignment. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our dedicated staff to support a diverse patient population.

12-hour Night Shift

• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS is a plus but not required
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years
• Patient Ratios: 1:6 (support staff includes CNAs and LPNs)
• Patient Population: All (geriatric, adult, pediatric, etc.)
• Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

• Provide direct patient care for geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including CNAs and LPNs, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
