Registered Nurse - OB GYN

Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in OB GYN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in an environment that focuses on individualized patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the OB GYN unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate records.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in Iowa.
• 1-2 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in women's health or OB GYN.
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check including criminal and child abuse portions.
• Mandatory reporter certification for both child and adult abuse is required.
• Must complete a 10-panel drug test.
• Immunization titers must be up to date (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB).
