Registered Nurse - OB GYN

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule:

19:00 - 07:00 (Night Shift)

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the OB GYN unit, ensuring a high standard of care and supporting a collaborative environment within the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient health and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide support during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE.
• Mandated reporter certification (Child and Adult).
• Successful completion of a 10-panel drug screening.
• Immunization titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB must be within the last 12 months.
• Iowa SING background check required to clear.
