Description:
Patient population primarily consists of adults. 36 or 48 hours guaranteed can be accommodated. Housing options are available. Onboarding requirements include a background check. Criminal and child abuse background checks are mandatory. All background checks must be fully cleared prior to starting. Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult is required. A 10-panel drug test, including opiates, is necessary. Titers must be from the last 12 months for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB.
Weekly guaranteed hours are 36 or 48. Weekend hours may be required. The unit has 17 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6. The usual volume is approximately 40 visits a day. Equipment includes electronic health records. Candidates should possess a travel experience in similar-sized facilities. The facility provides various services including emergency care. A positive personality fit is essential for working in this environment.
