Travel Med Surg (ER Float) RN - Night Shift. Provide emergency and medical-surgical care during night shifts in a hospital setting. Impact patient outcomes and support interdisciplinary teams across a 13-week assignment in or near Sigourney, Iowa.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality emergency and medical-surgical care to patients in a hospital setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient conditions and treatments.
Execute procedures and interventions in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
Minimum of 1 year ER experience.
Experience with Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing.
Prior work in a hospital setting.
Valid nursing license in Iowa.
Ability to work night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes.

You hold a BSN with Iowa nursing license. You have at least one year of ER experience. You are certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
