Game Stop - 1883 Ventura Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to questions, assist with video gaming needs, inform about promotions, and recommend additional items.;
Support store environment and sales initiatives to foster guest relationships and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases/returns accurately using the POS system and ensure quality guest service.;
Train and onboard store associates, supervise in the Store Manager's absence, and provide performance feedback.;
Assist in scheduling, payroll approvals, and ensuring store policies, inventory control, and loss prevention practices are followed.
