Accountant, Financial Reporting

Base Pay Range: $62,400 - $112,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

• Participate in monthly financial close: prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and perform variance analysis for Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Understand transactional flows across systems to ensure accurate financial results.
• Identify and communicate issues or opportunities for process improvement, drive resolution, and implement best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of current accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements; ensure proper application in T‑Mobile’s close and reporting.
• Support SOX control program.
• Support quarterly and annual financial audits by internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Handle other projects as assigned.

• Minimum 1+ year of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• Public accounting or public company experience.
• CPA or Chartered Accountant.
• Experience in communications, technology, or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and internal controls.
• Ability to make fact‑based decisions and recommendations.
• Prioritization and time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and excellence in fast‑paced environments.
• Effective collaboration and communication across levels.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Blackline).
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIF, XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Knowledge of large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx).

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
