Responsibilities:- Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trust
- Provide tax planning
- Research and analyze complex tax issue
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding tax matter
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and law
- Develop and maintain relationships with client
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
- Held CPA certification
- 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning
- Experience with high net worth individuals, private equity, and international tax
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software
