Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the industrial space to hire their next Staff Accountant. This role offers the opportunity to work with leadership while supporting critical accounting, billing, and operational processes that directly impact the success of the business. Job Duties

• Support client invoicing, vendor vouchering, and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and distribute service invoices accurately and on time.
• Assist with pay applications and billing schedules.
• Record and track customer deposits within the accounting system.
• Provide collections support and assist with customer communications regarding outstanding balances.
• Perform account reconciliations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
• Assist with accounting-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quick Books.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
