Our client, a highly respected and growing public accounting firm, is seeking a strategic leader to join their practice.

• Manage the end-to-end preparation and review of complex federal and state partnership tax returns (Form 1065) and related schedules (K-1s).
• Serve as the subject matter expert on partnership taxation, including basis calculations, capital account maintenance, allocations under Section 704(b), and issues regarding distributions and acquisitions.
• Advise clients on tax‑efficient structuring, planning opportunities, and the tax implications of partnership agreements and transactions.
• Lead and develop a team of tax associates; conduct technical reviews of their work, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional growth.
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations, particularly those impacting partnerships, to ensure firm‑wide compliance and proactive client advice.

• CPA certification is ideal.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in public accounting with a track record of managing high‑performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, a “consultant” mindset, and the ability to build trust with clients and internal staff.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year.
