Staff Accountant

Our client, a growing real estate investment and family office organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of tax return information.
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries.
• Assemble lender reporting packages, including bank draws and reserve requests.
• Monitor and manage cash activity across an assigned portfolio of entities.
• Support month-end close and other accounting projects as needed.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Prior accounting experience in a real estate, property management, private investment, or family office environment is required.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a growing, evolving organization where responsibilities may expand over time.
