Is This Where You’re Meant to Be?

At Green Arrow
, we believe purpose and passion go hand in hand. So, ask yourself, is this where you’re meant to be?

The Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting Green Arrow's corporate accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records across a multi-entity organization. This role leads key accounting processes including general ledger management, account reconciliations, consolidations, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.

Reporting to the Corporate Accounting leadership team, the Accounting Manager plays a critical role in strengthening accounting processes, improving financial controls, and supporting Green Arrow's continued growth. This position is a contract role with the potential to convert to permanent employment. The successful candidate will sit in our Overland Park, KS, office, where regular office attendance is required.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Own the numbers leaders rely on — Manage general ledger activity across multiple operating entities and lead monthly close, so financial records are accurate, timely, and something the business can act on with confidence.
  • Deliver financial statements that hold up to scrutiny — Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting schedules, and management reporting packages for finance and executive leadership.
  • Bring clarity to a multi-entity organization — Support consolidations and elimination entries across Green Arrow's family of companies, ensuring the combined financial picture is accurate and easy to trust.
  • Keep the balance sheet clean and defensible — Perform and review account reconciliations (cash, balance sheet, intercompany, fixed assets), proactively identifying opportunities to standardize and clean up processes across entities.
  • Safeguard the integrity of fixed asset accounting — Oversee capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation activities so asset records stay accurate as the company scales.
  • Make audits smooth, not stressful — Prepare audit schedules, coordinate directly with internal and external auditors, and drive initiatives that improve audit readiness across the organization.
  • Strengthen the control environment — Support the development of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls, and research technical accounting guidance to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Be a true partner to the business — Work cross-functionally with operational and finance leaders to improve data accuracy and financial visibility, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning efforts.
  • Help shape what's next — Support special projects tied to acquisitions, integrations, process improvements, and system enhancements as Green Arrow grows.
