The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with high-volume financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, handling all GL activity in company software, and managing all else on the Financial front.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned client accounts
• Reconcile bank and investment accounts
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist with collections/delinquency reporting
• Record journal entries and maintain the GL
• Assist with budget preparation and support year-end audits and tax return preparation

• Accounting software experience
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
