We are seeking a friendly, reliable Evening Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage front desk activities, including receiving mail and messages
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
- Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred, but not required
- Consistent weekday hours — perfect for students or those seeking a part-time schedule
- Supportive and friendly work environment
