As a Client Coordinator at MMA, you will handle invoicing agency-billed premiums, monitor receivables, assist with client pre-renewals, issue certificates, process mail, and prepare client policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to learn new computer programs.
• Self-starter with multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Additional qualifications such as prior insurance experience and excellent communication skills are a plus but not required.
