Position: Director, Solution (Product) Management - Home Platform
The
** Director, Product Management – Home Platform
** As Product Management leader you will be responsible for enhancing and developing the core platform capabilities of Well Sky’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications serving our Home Health, Hospice and Palliative care markets. As such, you will have responsibility for the core application platform: identity management, master data management, audit logs, hosting platform strategy and integration capabilities – to both internal and external entities.

Well Sky has multiple mature solutions which require strategic development to drive Well Sky’s vision for transforming healthcare in the home. You will be a part of a dynamic team who seeks to innovate rapidly to bring world-class solutions to our clients using an AI-first research, design and build strategy.

This is a new position for Well Sky Home and you will have the opportunity to develop a new framework for how Well Sky builds and sustains future-forward platform capabilities that delight clients and lay the foundation for high impact clinical and financial operations.

* Drive the development of solution strategy and roadmaps based on client insights, market analysis, and business objectives
* Orchestrate cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to deployment
* Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for solution innovation and differentiation
* Develop effective partnerships across the team with solution marketing and client experience to evaluate client satisfaction and areas of opportunity
* Lead the annual update of a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas of responsibility, and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning
* Drive tracking and analysis of solution performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize results, and drive continuous improvement
* Perform other job duties as assigned

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
* At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience
* At least 4-5 years of relevant management work experience is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs and align with corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals.
