ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
- Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
- Under moderate guidance, receives initial international Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty requests from all IMA market offices; assigns request to appropriate IMA Global team member or internal stakeholder
- Under direct guidance, assists Global AE and Global Practice Lead with marketing and data collection process for new and existing lines of coverage
- Under direct guidance, creates client-facing sales materials and internal training documents and/or presentations
- Assists with scheduling and logistics for training opportunities for all market offices
- Creates comparison spreadsheets for AE and/or Practice Lead to review policy documents for all sold and bound coverages
- Assists with communicating binding instructions for international EB and P&C programs
- Responsibility for EPIC account review and data entry for accounts
- Responsibility for content creation and updates on Global Risk & Benefits SharePoint site
- Responsibility for policy and information entry of reverse flow accounts for partner data systems
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- Experience with MS Office products required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Attains and maintains the appropriate insurance agent/broker licensing required in state of domicile
- Limited travel required (less than 10%)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Salary Range: $53,000 USD - $70,000 USD
