• Handoff flawless guest experiences from door to farewell.
• Drive service excellence; act fast on guest feedback.
• Own inventory for tools, supplies, and event needs.
• Enforce safety and sanitation with hands-on leadership.
• Elevate brand with every guest touch; boost loyalty.
• Cut costs, reduce waste, optimize processes.
• Recruit, train, mentor; keep the team strong during peak times.
• Collaborate with Events/Sales for private bookings and stellar events.
• Lead seasonal programs (Holiday Pop-Up Bar) with creativity and flair.
