Future Opening: Shift Leader

Firehouse Subs -  - Responsibilities:
Manage profitable operation of a specific shift in accordance with company guidelines and regulations;
Ensure compliance with health, hour and wage, age, fair employment practices, ADA regulations, and other applicable laws;
Lead restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness;
Assist General Manager in coordinating and implementing operations and company initiatives;
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM;
Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and completed on schedule;
Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner at all times;
Communicate with GM/Owner regarding any issues impacting the business;
Maintain the ability to stand for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
