  • Support business development through proactive contract strategy and direct client engagement
  • Guide project teams through legal and risk considerations from kickoff through close-out
  • Manage dispute resolution matters, including client discussions, liens, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlements
  • Coordinate with insurers and outside counsel on professional liability, builder's risk, and construction-specific insurance matters
  • Support licensing, corporate governance, and risk management strategy across Design Group entities
What You'll Bring Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state

  • Experience drafting and negotiating design-build, EPC, and construction management contracts
  • Working knowledge of construction insurance, including professional liability, and ability to travel up to 15%
