Job Overview
This position is required to work on site at least 3 days a week; it is not available for remote opportunity.
This role ensures accurate commission payouts through day‑to‑day operational support, issue resolution, and process improvement. It involves supporting commission operations via research and resolution of inquiries, analyzing issues, and identifying process improvements. The role serves as liaison between internal partners and frontline support teams. Success is measured by accurate payouts, timely issue resolution, and effective collaboration.
Job Responsibilities- Analyze commission processes and support day‑to‑day operations, focusing on research and resolution of inquiries, identifying improvements and ensuring accurate payouts.
- Lead and support projects to enhance process efficiency.
- Serve as liaison between frontline support teams and internal partners (systems, testing, reporting, compensation design).
- Validate system data loads and commission payouts, conduct impact assessments and resolve payout issues, including exception‑based adjustments.
- Provide analytical support to management and program teams, including trend analysis to inform improvements.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 4‑7 years Operations or Commissions experience (Preferred)
- Demonstrated analytical experience (Required)
- Strong attention to detail (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with all levels (Required)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing demands (Required)
- Ability to influence others (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and with a team (Preferred)
- Change Management experience (Preferred)
- Process Improvement experience (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Preferred)
- Solid understanding of multiple system development life‑cycle methodologies (Preferred)
- Understanding of business process and system process within multiple knowledge areas (Preferred)
- Wireless Telecom experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience in customer escalations (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Overland Park, KS Compensation Range: $69,700 - $94,300
Base Pay Range: $64,000 - $115,500
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.
