As a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will   be responsible for :

- Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives        

-   Facilitating   discussions and workshops with senior level clients to   evaluate the business   and technology at the strategic level     

- Managing large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture    

- Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters    

-  I nitiating   and leading   business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients    

-   Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.

-   Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry,   bringing   original thought and recommendation to industry leaders   

-   Business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture's value   to client growth and innovation   

- 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (i.e.,   product, distributions,   operations, investment technology, etc.)    

- Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industry   

Established relationships with   leaders across the Asset Management industry   

- Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprint    

- Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements    

-   Strong communication   skills and attention to detail    

-   Previous   management consulting, program management,   business advisory   

experience a plus    

-   Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution   expertise   a plus   

- Bachelor's degree   required , CPA and/or MBA a plus*

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
