Marketing Assistant Part-time

This is a part-time position with potential to move into a full-time position.

• Prepare and pack trade show materials, including collecting and organising dies, foil, and other show-specific equipment for each event
• Coordinate product ordering and manage inventory levels to ensure trade show needs are met on schedule
• Track shipping, receiving, and return logistics for trade show materials
• Support marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Effective in Microsoft Office
• Responsive and proactive work style
• Valid driver's licence
• Must be able to lift 15-30 pounds at times
• May need to travel locally
