T-Shotz is looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager who knows how to lead people, run a great shift, solve problems before they become problems, and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy developing teams, and would rather spend your day leading a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue than sitting behind a desk, we want to meet you.
What is T-Shotz?T-Shotz is Kansas City’s locally owned golf and entertainment destination in the Northland, featuring 60 climate-controlled, technology-enhanced hitting bays across three levels overlooking a 220-yard driving range.
But golf is only part of what we do.
Guests come to T-Shotz to eat, drink, compete, celebrate, watch sports, host corporate events, and spend time together. From a packed Saturday night to a full-venue corporate buyout, no two days look exactly the same.
